First investment phase predicts delivering production and warehouse building with an area of 12000 m2. Advantage of the location is being a part of the Special Economic Zone. Areas were prepared by the Kożuchów City Hall as a special alternative for rapidly developing Nowa Sól. Company is planning to commence first construction works in II quarter of 2020. Kożuchów is located 25 km from Zielona Góra, 240 km from Berlin and 150 km from Wrocław.

The area is located 8 km from Nowa Sól S3 Junction on the outskirts of Kożuchów, which is very convenient, since heavyweight transport is not city transit.
