Area is located directly by the national road no. 24 from Gorzów Wielkopolski to Poznań. An additional advantage of the plot is direct access to the railway siding since the area is adjacent to the liquid gas bottling plant. Objectives of the plan include construction of over 100000 m2 of industrial buildings with options for production and storage. One of planned buildings above is a production hall with an area of 28000 m2. Distance from a planned industrial park to the Ławica-Poznań airport is 85 km and 220 km to the Berlin Tegel airport.
