Park concept in Skwierzyna from the very beginning assumed development of dedicated three buildings focused in one spot, using common road, gas and electric infrastructure. Company has a legal construction permit regarding this facility and is currently during negotiations with a potential user of this building. The hall will be delivered during five months from signing a lease agreement and substitute project will be modified during ground works.
