BTS Investment for the customers established in 6 months
First stage is an implemented project with production area of 5000 m2. Dedicated building was completed within six months after signing lease agreement. Our location is a southern part of the industrial zone in Nowa Sól, 2 km from the express road S3 junction. Building was equipped with special recuperation system and air conditioning. The challenge was a specially separated production part for processes of sandblasting metals, which required special preparation of the flooring. Areas owned by the company in this location have the potential for extension according to customer’s needs.

Modern solutions
Building is a dedicated investment tailored to customer’s needs conducted during consultation and in accordance with the tenant’s requirements. There’s a natural lighting in the hall because of the skylights in the roof in the form of 12% natural light. Moreover, modern installation system allows for conducting recuperation process in the form of regaining thermal energy from production process and using it for room heating in the building.

The type of produced goods in the building requires a special fire protection system meeting the conditions of obtaining a certificate confirming high level of fire protection.
