Świebodzin Południe is an investment which is a development of three independent class „A” buildings. Investment plot of the company is located in a designated dedicated industrial zone in a southern part of the town located 1.5 km from „Świebodzin Południe” junction. There was a development of an „A” building with an area of 7000 m2, where Scandinavian manufacturer of high-quality office furniture is conducting a production activity. Added value of the building designed according to individual order of the client was the representative office building by the building entrance. Currently there are design works regarding another neighbouring two buildings with total area of 22000 m2.

Lighting
There’s a natural lighting in the hall because of the skylights in the roof in the form of 12% natural light. Moreover, modern installation system allows for conducting recuperation process in the form of regaining thermal energy from production process and using it for room heating in the building.

The type of produced goods in the building requires a special fire protection system meeting the conditions of obtaining a certificate confirming high level of fire protection.
